MICROBE - Minimizing the Influence of Coronavirus in a Built Environment

The project — Minimizing the Influence of Coronavirus in a Built Environment — aims to improve the quality of university education, with particular attention to the needs and challenges that emerged during the Covid-19 emergency.
To this end, the project intends to develop new online training modules (MOOCs – Massive Open Online Courses) to be made available to universities and public administration professionals, promoting skills in the design of the built environment so as to minimise the negative effects — including psychological ones — resulting from emergency situations such as the current one linked to the Coronavirus.
The project is coordinated by the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in Lithuania, and the Municipality of Bologna participates as a partner, together with the Fondazione per l’Innovazione Urbana.
